The Adrenaline GTS 22 now feels a bit softer and even more comfortable, with a different choice of cushioning, but still remains a very good everyday road running shoe for those who need running shoes for overpronation. The Adrenaline GTS 22 uses Brooks’ GuideRails®, aka built in support to help prevent your inward rolling when running, and by placing more softer cushioning in the middle of the middle of the shoe the Adrenaline GTS 22 feels nice and quick through your gait cycle.
